Almond Milk, Overnight Rolled Oats and Chia Seeds

This Almond Milk Overnight Rolled Oats with Chia Seeds is a great energizing meal and supports a healthy start to your day.  Almond milk can be substituted for any plant-based milk; it’s your choice. Be sure to add your favorite fruit and nuts as a topping.


¼ cup rolled oats

1 Tbs. Chia Seeds

1 Tbs. Honey

1 tsp. Ground cinnamon

½ tsp. vanilla extract

1 pinch, salt

¾ C. Almond Milk



Stir oats, chia seeds, honey, cinnamon, vanilla extract, salt, and almond milk together in a covered jar or container.

Cover and refrigerate 8 hours to overnight.
