This Apple Nachos recipe is an excellent way to help your children or anyone who loves apples. I prefer to use peanut or any nut butter instead of the peanut powder mentioned. The closer to being whole and natural, the better and healthier the food. Enjoy!


3 medium apples, sliced

2 Tbs. peanut butter or other nut butter

2 Tbs. Almond milk

¼ C. Dark chocolate chunks (chips)

¼ C. Granola


Wash and slice apples; arrange them on a dish.

Blend peanut or other nut butter with almond milk

Drizzle on apples.

Sprinkle chocolate chunks and granola over apple slices.
