This Avocado Smoothie with Kiwi and Lime is a perfect combination of the nutritious fat from the avocado boosting the absorption of kiwi’s vitamin D to maximize its health benefits. Oh, and it’s delicious too.


1/2  perfectly ripe, large avocado

2 kiwis- peeled

⅛  cup  lime juice + 1  T

⅛ cup – ¼ cup Almond, soy, or coconut milk

1–2 tablespoons honey or agave to taste

2–3  ice cubes


Place the liquid in the blender first

Follow with fruit and ice.

Cover. Start on low speed, increasing to high speed.

Blend it until creamy and very smooth.

Scrape down sides if necessary
