This thick, creamy and sugar-free smoothie is delicious.  Feel free to add additional fruit such as a banana that will give you that extra boost of potassium; good for maintaining a healthy heart.

Ingredients
Ripe Haas Avocado
3 Tbsp. Honey
1 cup milk
½ cup vanilla yogurt
8 ice cubes

Instructions
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.  Enjoy immediately
