Avocado Veggie Egg Salad

This gluten, soy, and nut-free scrumptious salad has all of the ingredients to help get and maintain luscious locks.  It is full of healthy fats, flavor, fiber, and hair loving nutrients.  It only takes minutes to prepare after you boil the eggs.  Get ready for healthy happy hair and deliciousness!

Ingredients – serves 4

4 hard-boiled eggs

1 carrot (peeled and grated)

1 celery stalk (minced)

1 Avocado

1 tbsp. lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste


Finely chop the hard-boiled eggs.  Combine with grated carrot and celery

Mash the avocado with the lemon juice and add salt and pepper

Mix the hard-boiled egg mixture and avocado.  Stir until evenly combined

Serve in lettuce cups, on toast, wrap or as a sandwich
