Banana Strawberry Oatmeal Smoothie

This satisfying smoothie has a natural sweetness from the banana and strawberries.  The addition of the oatmeal makes it an all-in-one quick and easy morning favorite, guaranteed to fill you up and get you out the door ready and able to start your day!

Ingredients

1 cup unsweetened almond or 1% milk

½ cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt

1 ½ ripe medium bananas

2 cups (9 oz.) strawberries, fresh or frozen

½ cup quick or old fashioned oats

1Tbsp honey

½ tsp vanilla extract

 

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a blender cover and blend until smooth.
