Baobab has the distinction of being a Superfood. Its taste is tangy and citrusy in part due to its high concentration of vitamin C. This smoothie bowl is super delicious. Top it with other tropical fruits like shredded coconut or sliced pineapple. The addition of chia seeds turbocharges its nutritional value.

1 ripe mango
1 cup of frozen mango
1 Tbsp. of Baobab powder
1 frozen banana
A ½-3/4 cup of almond/soy/walnut or other non-dairy milk
1 handful of spinach
Toppings: kiwi, pineapple, shredded coconut, chia seeds, etc.

Blend the fresh mango, frozen mango, baobab, milk, and banana on high until smooth.
Pour half in a bowl and set in the freezer
Add the spinach to the remaining smoothie in the blender and blend until smooth
Using our amazing pouring talent, pour the green portion and the mango portion into a bowl at the same time so half is green and half is mango.
