These flourless, gluten, sugar, and oil-free Benne Cookies are crispy, crunchy, and delicious. They make the perfect guilt-free snack.


1.765 ounces of Sesame Seeds

1.765 ounces of Pumpkin Seeds

1 small banana

1 tsp. Honey (optional)


Dry roast sesame seeds until they are golden. Cool down completely.

Mix pumpkin and roasted sesame seeds.

Blend the banana and add all the other ingredients.

Scoop a tablespoon size onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

Cool down entirely until crisp.

Store in an airtight container
