Many people who drink black coffee, like me, might want to consider this Black Magic Coffee, Sugar, and Fat-Free recipe. The chocolate and hazelnut extract gives it a rich, savory twist. I recommend the added rum only if it’s coffee you’re drinking at a relaxing weekend brunch.



10 ounces of freshly brewed hot black coffee

¼ tsp. chocolate extract

¼ tsp. hazelnut extract teaspoon

¼ tsp. run extract

Optional: sugar substitute, stevia,


Pour fresh coffee into the mug.

Add the extracts and sugar substitute, i.e., honey, agave, stevia

Stir and enjoy!
