If you’re from the Carolinas a yellow barbecue sauce is as normal as a red sauce.   If you’ve never had this yellow recipe you may never go back to red.

1 cup yellow mustard
A ½ cup of honey
½ cup apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp. chipotle pepper in adobo minced
1 tbsp. ketchup
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder

Mix all ingredients well
Refrigerate in an airtight container overnight to allow the flavors to develop
To serve, warm in a pot over very low heat.  Best used on pulled pork or chicken.
