Cherry Coconut Sorbet
This sorbet is so creamy and so yummy. It’s only three ingredients and no churning! It’s a favorite vegan dessert.
2 cups of fresh pitted cherries. Once pitted, freeze, or use frozen cherries
1-2 bananas, frozen
1 cup of full-fat coconut milk
Pit cherries, bananas, and coconut milk to a high-speed blender or good quality food processor bowl, and process until soft-serve consistency.
Serve it with a sprinkle of coconut or some dark chocolate shavings on top. If you prefer sweeter desserts sweeten with 1-2 tablespoons of maple syrup, or honey, or date syrup.
