This delicious, creamy Cherry Pineapple smoothie is a great start to the day or any time. Cherries, pineapple, and banana contain minerals and vitamins that support joint health and help reduce inflammation and discomfort.


3 ice cubes

1 frozen banana

1 C. fresh or frozen cherries

1 C. pineapple, chopped

½ C. Almond or other plant-based milk

1 Tbs. Chia seeds.

1 Tbs. Maple syrup.



Combine all the ingredients.

Cover and blend until smooth for about 30 seconds.

Taste to adjust flavor and serve immediately. Enjoy.
