Cinnamon Apple Bread Pudding

This creamy and moist bread pudding is a delightful desert to enjoy on cold wintery day. 2 | Apples, medium, diced |
3 Tbsp. | Raisins 18.63g |
2 Tbsp. | Flaxseed, ground 12.5g |
2 tsp | Blackstrap Molasses 10 ml |
1/8 tsp | Salt, Kosher .59g |
1/8 tsp | Nutmeg, ground .59g |
1/8 tsp | Allspice, ground .59g |
1 tsp | Cinnamon 4.73 |
1 tsp | Vanilla Extract 5.0ml |
2.5 cups | Soy, Almond or Walnut milk, unsweetened 591.46ml |
½ cup + 2 Tbsp. | Maple Syrup 118.3ml |
For Serving:
½ cup Crème Anglaise 118.3ml
1) Gather all ingredients and equipment
2) Preheat oven to 350F (180C)
3) Cook diced apples separately for about 15 minutes
4) Combine bread, diced apple, and raisins in a greased 8×8 baking pan
5) Combine the rest of the ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl and whisk until well combined
6) Pour the liquid over the bread mixture and let sit for at least 10 minutes
7) Bake about 30 minutes, stir pudding so the moist bottom is mixed with the top and return to oven for about 15 more minutes until liquid is absorbed and bread is browned
8) Serve with Crème Anglaise
