Corn Salad

This Corn Salad recipe is a lifesaver when cooking during an emergency. It can be eaten as a salad or a salsa with chips. You can use all canned ingredients except for the cilantro.


1 can corn, drained

1 to 2 tomatoes, chopped

1 small onion, chopped

1 hot pepper, chopped

2 to 3 tablespoons olive oil

1/4 bunch of cilantro, chopped

1/2 teaspoon sea salt


Mix in a covered container and let it marinate for 2-3 hours.
