½ cup Greek yogurt (or coconut milk)

1 cup peeled* and chopped cucumber (standard or English cucumber)

1 ripe banana, broken into pieces

1 cup frozen pineapple

1 handful of spinach leaves

10 ice cubes

1 tablespoon lime juice or lemon juice (optional)



Add all ingredients to the blender in the order listed. Blend until smooth.
