Credit for this delicious Banana and Cherry Smoothie cannot go to the real Dr. Breaux, but he heartily endorses it as a delish drink that can help bring on the ZZs. It’s chock full of melatonin fruits like bananas, cherries, and kiwi. Enjoy just one cup.

 

Ingredients

2 oz. Tart cherry juice concentrate

1 banana

1 kiwi fruit

1 cup coconut or almond milk

10 ice cubes

Instructions

Place the ingredients in a blender, puree until smooth, and enjoy!

Bananas and kiwis are also known to help with sleep, and the nut milk makes this smoothie safe for anyone with lactose intolerance.
