Eating combinations of leafy greens is a great way to get the one-two punch of their anti-inflammatory benefits. This easy Garlic Sauteed Spinach and Kale is delicious, loaded with fiber, vitamins, and minerals.


3 cloves garlic(minced)

1 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil

12 oz. Baby spinach.

8 oz. Kale (chopped)

¼ tsp. black pepper

¼ tsp. salt

4 tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar.


Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.

Add the remaining ingredients to the pot; mix well.

Reduce the heat to low, cover, and cook for 5-7 minutes.
