You’ll go nuts for this earth-friendly, Grain-Free, Sugar-Free Granola. Meal-prep this recipe and enjoy its nutritional, energizing benefits on those busy workdays.


1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut flakes

1 cup raw walnuts chopped

¾ cup raw almonds chopped

¾ cup raw cashews chopped

½ cup sunflower seeds

½ cup pumpkin seeds

¼ cup chia seeds

2 tablespoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon ground ginger

½ teaspoon ground cardamom

½ tsp ground all-spice

½ teaspoon sea salt

3 tablespoon coconut oil

1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract

½ cup wild blueberries (optional)


Preheat the oven to 175C (325F)

Add all the ingredients except the coconut oil, vanilla, and blueberries to a bowl.

Give it a good stir, then add coconut oil and vanilla. Stir to evenly combine.

Pour mixture onto a lightly coated baking sheet (coconut oil) and bake for 15 mins.

Stir, sprinkle the wild blueberries on top and then return to the oven for another 10 minutes until nice and golden.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for a couple of weeks.
