This delicious Grain-Free Tabbouleh salad is refreshing and so easy to make. Use fresh ingredients to get maximum health benefits.


5 C. Raw parsley

1/3 C. sliced onion

1. C. sliced cherry tomatoes

3 Tbsp. Lemon juice.

2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil.

Pinch of pink salt

Pinch of fresh black pepper



Add chopped parsley, sliced onion, and tomatoes to a large mixing bowl.

Top with lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper and toss to combine.

Taste and adjust flavor as needed. Serve immediately.
