This Greek Salad is extra scrumptious because it includes salty, savory sardines. Each ingredient contributes to the manufacturing of collagen. The many textures and tastes, including crunchy cucumbers, feta cheese, and olives, make this a delightful eating experience.

1 clove garlic, minced
2 teaspoons dried oregano
½ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
3 medium tomatoes, cut into large chunks
