This healthy and delicious green apple smoothie contains nutrients, fiber, protein, and electrolytes. It’s a great way to start the day.

Ingredients

½ cup of coconut water or almond milk

1 large green apple cored and diced.

½ cucumber chopped

1 cup of kale or spinach, stems, and ribs removed.

1 tsp. Ground cinnamon.

½ tsp. agave nectar of raw honey

A handful of ice

Option

1 scoop of unflavored collagen protein powder.

Instructions

Place all ingredients into a blender, blend on low for one minute, and on high for about 2-3 minutes.
