This healthy and delicious green apple smoothie is packed with nutrients, fiber, protein and electrolytes. It’s a great way to start the day.
|½||cup of coconut water, or almond milk|
|1||large green apple, cored and diced|
|1||cup of kale or spinach, stems and ribs removed|
|1||tsp. ground cinnamon|
|½||tsp. agave nectar or raw honey|
|1||handful of ice|
Place all ingredients into a blender, blend on low for one minute, and on high for about 2-3 minutes
