Green Apple Smoothie

This healthy and delicious green apple smoothie is packed with nutrients, fiber, protein and electrolytes.  It’s a great way to start the day.


½ cup of coconut water, or almond milk
1 large green apple, cored and diced
½ cucumber chopped
1 cup of kale or spinach, stems and ribs removed
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
½ tsp. agave nectar or raw honey
1 handful of ice


Place all ingredients into a blender, blend on low for one minute, and on high for about 2-3 minutes

    Tasty! Definitely advise the coconut water–almond milk is mostly water and stabilizers. I love that this drink is refreshing and not too sugary.
