½ | cup of coconut water, or almond milk |
1 | large green apple, cored and diced |
½ | cucumber chopped |
1 | cup of kale or spinach, stems and ribs removed |
1 | tsp. ground cinnamon |
½ | tsp. agave nectar or raw honey |
1 | handful of ice |
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a blender, blend on low for one minute, and on high for about 2-3 minutes
