sweet and satisfying dessert.  For some, dessert apples and Braeburn’s can yield the best results.  Apples are known for their fiber, Potassium, and carbs.  Enjoy this after dinner solution to your sweet tooth.

4.0 lbs.  Apples
½ cup water
2 tsp. cinnamon

Choose apples that are fresh.
Slice and core the apples
Add cinnamon
Cook the apples with a splash of water on medium heat for 20 minutes until soft and mushy
Puree with a blender or hand blender until it reaches your desired consistency
Fill into jars.  Applesauce will keep refrigerated for one week.
