This Lemony Lettuce and Apple Juice recipe includes black salt. It is the perfect health boost and refresher on a hot day. It is loaded with calcium and energizing vitamin C.
Ingredients
3/4 C. roughly chopped iceberg lettuce
1 ½ C. unpeeled and deseeded apple cubes
8 large, deseeded orange segments
1 tsp. lemon juice
½ tsp. black salt
Crushed ice for serving
Instructions
Using a juicer (aka Hopper) slowly add the lettuce, apple cubes, and orange segments.
Add the lemon juice and black salt. Mix well
Pour over two glasses of crushed ice and serve immediately.
