Mango Ice Cream

½ cup plain Greek Yogurt
1 cup cold or frozen mango chunks
½ Tsp. ground ginger
2 Tbsps. water




Layer the Greek yogurt, mango chunks, ginger and water in a blender in the order listed.  Pulse 3 or 4 times until smooth, adding more water for desired consistency.
