You don’t need a bowl for this delish Papaya Yogurt Bowl. The papaya is the bowl!


1 Ripe Papaya
2 cups Greek Yogurt
1 C. Blueberries
½ C. Coconut Flakes, toasted
2 T Chia seeds or nuts or seed of choice


Cut the papaya in half

Scoop out the seeds and hollow out the center of the papaya

Add yogurt

Top with fruits

Sprinkle with seeds or nuts
