The white chocolate in this recipe is made from raw cacao butter. When combined with coconut oil, honey and vanilla it makes a healthy white chocolate, which makes a perfect ingredient for this recipe. Make it for the holiday’s and use it as a sweet gift for family and friends.


½ cup raw cacao butter
1/3 Cup Coconut Oil
1 Tbs. Honey
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
½ Cup pomegranate seeds
1/8 Cup Cacao nibs


Melt the cacao butter, coconut oil, honey and vanilla in a glass bowl over a double boiler, stirring often, for about 10-15 minutes.
Transfer the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and smooth into a thin, even layer.
Sprinkle pomegranate seeds and cacao nibs over the top and gently push them into the batter with your fingers.
Place in the freezer for 20 minutes to set.
Remove from the freezer and break into chunks.
