Here at, we are big fans of meal prep to save time and avoid poor food choices. This Raspberry Kefir Overnight Oats is easy to make, delicious, and supports brain and gut health. It’s the perfect energizing meal to start your day.



6 Tbs. of gluten-free jumbo oats

1 tbsp shelled hemp seeds, plus 2 tsp to serve.

1 tbsp chia seeds

2.5 Cups of kefir yogurt

4 Cups of semi-skimmed milk

4 ounces of raspberries lightly crushed.

2 tsp pumpkin seeds, chopped.

1.5 tsp of cocoa chocolate finely chopped.


Add the oats, 1 tbsp of the hemp seeds, and the chia seeds into a bowl, then mix well. Stir in the kefir yogurt and milk. Cover and chill overnight. The mixture will thicken overnight as it soaks.

The next morning, spoon into two glass tumblers and top with the raspberries, remaining hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, and chocolate.
