This spicy, and flavorful Sweet Potato Rounds recipe is a great crowd-pleasing appetizer. It is loaded with 14% fiber, Vitamins A, C and B12, and only 8% carbohydrates.

Instructions
Pre-heat the oven to 375F with the oven rack in the upper third of the oven.
Cut the sweet potatoes into 1/4 slices.
Mix kosher salt, garlic powder, chili powder, paprika, black pepper, and cayenne pepper together. Set aside.
Place the slices in a larger bowl, drizzle with olive oil making sure to coat both sides. Pour the salt/powder mixture on both sides of the slices.
Place on two baking sheets lined with parchment paper, take care that the rounds don’t overlap so that the potatoes don’t over-steam.
Bake 10 minutes on one side, then remove from oven, flip all of the rounds and bake another 10 minutes until soft and slightly charred
Transfer to a paper towel to remove excess oil before transferring to a serving platter. Adjust taste by adding remaining paprika and sea salt if necessary.
