4 handfuls of spinach leaves

1 tsp Cranberries

2 Garlic Cloves

1 Tbsp. Olive Oil.

A handful of walnut kernels

½ Green Apple, cubed (or apple of your choice)

Red peppercorns to taste

Pink salt to taste


Wash the spinach and spin dry.

Chop the garlic cloves finely.

Gently sauté the walnut kernels.

Add olive oil, garlic, and apple slices. Sauté until the apples are warm but crunchy.

Add salt and peppercorns to your liking.

Mix all ingredients in a salad bowl and serve immediately.
