The habit of eating whole, healthy food supports liver health. This Spinach, Walnuts and Apple salad is perfect for live detoxification and is crunchy and delicious.

Ingredients

4 handfuls of spinach leaves

1 tsp Cranberries

2 Garlic Cloves

1 Tbs. Olive Oil

A handful of walnut kernels

½ Green Apple, cubed (or apple of your choice)

Red peppercorns to taste

Pink salt to taste

Instructions

Wash the spinach and spin dry.

Chop the garlic cloves finely.

Gently sauté the walnut kernels

Add olive oil, garlic, and apple slices. Sauté until apples are warm but crunchy

Add salt and peppercorns to your liking.

Mix all ingredients in a salad bowl and serve immediately.
