Sugarcane juice is the liquid extracted from pressed sugarcane. In many parts of the world it is consumed as a beverage. The fresh extract includes flavonoids and phenolic compounds which contribute to healthy skin. The soluble fibers in the juice support a healthy digestive system. Sugarcane juice has a low-glycemic index because it contains natural sugars which do not raise blood sugar levels, contributing to weight loss.
