This is a delish combination of banana, pineapple, mint and black tea. A splash of lemon kicks it into taste heaven.
1 C brewed black tea, chilled
1 C frozen mixed berries or fresh strawberries
1 C frozen or fresh pineapple chunks
1 banana, broken into chunks and frozen
½ lemon, juiced
3 fresh mint leaves, or more to taste
1 tsp. honey
Combine tea, berries, pineapple, banana, lemon juice, mint, and honey in a blender. Blend until smooth and enjoy.
