Watermelon, with its 92% water content and 6% natural sugar, is a health-conscious individual’s dream. If you’re not up for lugging a watermelon, here’s a refreshing Watermelon Lime Spritzer that can be conveniently carried in your personal water bottle.

Ingredients

4 cups of watermelon, seedless

12 ounces of sparkling lime seltzer water, unsweetened

2 Limes, one sliced into wedges

Optional: 2 droppers of maple syrup

Directions

Place your diced watermelon in the freezer for about two hours.

Remove from the freezer and add to the blender, blending until smooth.

Strain the juice if you don’t want any pulp in your drink

Add the juice of one lime and 2 droppers of maple syrup. Blend well.

Pour the watermelon juice into four glasses halfway each. Top each with seltzer water to create foam.

Stir and add the sliced lime wedges for garnish.
